Allgäuer Alpen: am Heilbronner Weg nahe des Bockkarkopfes. Der dunkle Berg am rechten Rand des ersten Bilddrittels ist der Biberkopf, soweit ich weiß ^^.

Alps of allgaeu. That's in the south of germany at the border to austria. The route is called "Heilbronner Weg", the mountain next to me outside this pic is called "Bockkarkopf", the bigger and rather dark one in the first third of the pic is called "Biberkopf".
